As the visionary behind FERR’s Little Guests, Francia brings years of experience in childcare, event management, and family-focused services. With a background in leadership and marketing, she combines creativity with organization to ensure every detail is managed with care. As Executive Director, she oversees operations, partnerships, and training while also serving as the lead childcare provider at events. Francia’s mission is simple: to give parents peace of mind and children joyful, safe experiences.

Known for her warm personality and organizational skills, Natalie, specializes in creating welcoming, engaging spaces for children.

As Family Services Coordinator, she works closely with parents and event hosts to customize childcare plans and activities that match the tone of each occasion.

She bridges communication between families and our team, ensuring every “little guest” feels valued and cared for.

With strong leadership skills and hands-on childcare experience, David, ensures every event runs smoothly

for our youngest guests.

As Event Childcare Supervisor, he coordinates activity setups, manages safety protocols, and supports our childcare team on-site. His calm, professional presence gives both parents and children confidence that they are in excellent hands.
